Our waist belt features 8 grommets and an adjustable zinc-plated tongue buckle. This design ensures fast, secure, and easy adjustment for comfortable waist fitting, from 30'' to 45''. The adjustable feature enhances safety and efficiency in various work environments.

Ergonomic Pad

The hot-pressed waist pad is designed with two 30" x 8" x 4.7" pads made of high-quality EVA foam and Oxford fabric. This unique design distributes weight evenly, protecting your waist from excessive pressure. The lumbar support, made from closed-cell foam, further enhances strength and durability, ensuring personal safety.

Two D-Rings

The belt includes two plated side D-rings, compliant with ANSI/ASSE Z359.12-2009, providing convenience for work positioning. The D-rings are secured with plastic protective cylinders and have a minimum breaking strength of 4000 lbs (18 KN). It is important to note that these side D-rings should not be used in fall arrest applications.

Crafted from pure, non-recycled synthetic material, our belts are built to last. The material exhibits high tensile strength over 22 KN (5000 lbs) and a breaking strength of 4000 lbs (18 KN). All belts and stitching patterns are rigorously inspected to ensure no tears, cuts, fraying, or abrasion, ensuring reliable performance under various conditions.
